Contractor Role: Demand Generation Support at Fairmarkit

Hi all! I'm looking to hire a demand generation contractor to support the Marketing team at Fairmarkit.

This role reports up into me, Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for some part time work. Overview of the scope below!

Time Commitment: 5 hours/week

Experience: Entry-Mid Level (Marketo + Salesforce experience required)

This contractor role reports to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and provides hands-on support across demand generation campaigns. The primary focus is on executing foundational tasks that enable the timely and accurate delivery of marketing campaigns. This includes program builds, campaign setup, and data support within tools like Marketo and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow established processes with minimal oversight. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment while contributing to the efficient execution of marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities: 

Campaign Execution Support

• Program and Campaign Builds: Create and clone Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns, and associated assets (emails, landing pages, forms)
• Testing and QA: Conduct thorough QA for emails, forms, and campaign flows to ensure accurate functionality
• Scheduling and Launch Support: Manage timelines and assist with program launches in coordination with the demand generation team
• Webinar Program Support: Stand up and manage webinar programs, including Marketo registration flows and Zoom Events setup
• Lifecycle Workflows: Assist in maintaining basic nurture streams and lifecycle programs within Marketo

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce (required), familiar with Zoom Events a plus. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
