6Sense Sales Intelligence iFrame Error (Salesforce)

Hello, has anyone come across this type of error before? If so how did you resolve it? Not sure if it helps that this account was created in SF instead of it originally being a lead converting to an account. Its shows this account switched to purchase stage but we can't see the information.
