UPDATE to Privacy Compliance Notifications

Hi 6sense Community,    

We're pleased to introduce a new enhancement to our Data Privacy Compliance process beginning December 4, 2023. Currently, 6sense Primary Administrators receive a weekly “Opt-out List” email notification which contains business contacts from data subjects who have requested that their personal data be removed from the 6sense database. Additional action in your own internal systems is required to remove these opted-out contacts. Please see below what has changed. 

What’s Changed?  

• Dynamic Opt-out List in 6sense will be accessible by Admin users. 
• Primary Admin users can now add other Admins as recipients of weekly Opt-out List email notification. 

Granting Access to Additional Administrators 

• Primary Admin users can grant access by navigating to Settings> System Notifications > Privacy Settings. 
• Primary Admins will be able to see the list of Admin users and add/remove them from receiving weekly email notifications.
