Sales & Sales Leadership Reports/Alerts

HI all - Looking for new ideas for reports and alerts to get to sales and sales leadership.
I have already set up daily and weekly 6sense alerts to sellers + their respective BDRs.
I have received requests to make these A) more actionable and B) provide sales leadership with more of a holistic view.
Does anyone have examples of what they're doing? Thanks!
