2 Things to Try After Your 1st 30 days in CE

You’ve gone through onboarding, you’ve trained your sales team, you sent out a campaign and are maybe working on a 2nd or 3rd. The results are hopefully flowing in and you’re starting to get hand raisers who want to speak with your sellers! 

If you’re at this point in your Conversational Email journey, it’s time to start exploring two new ways to use Conversational Email you likely have not tested yet. 

  1. Launch a Workflow 

Workflows are a great way to automate follow up with contacts who have been in previous campaigns. For example, enroll contacts into a new company if they were unresponsive for 90 days across ALL campaigns. 

2. Try out a post-event follow up use case 

Your marketing team likely has webinars or events that recently occurred or are coming up. If so, enroll those attendees into a campaign to encourage them to speak to a seller about a new product offering of yours.
