Green thumbs up icon on Persona Map?

Hi team — I had one of my sellers ask what the green thumbs icon up next to a contact in their persona map meant. I can't replicate it on my end and do not see a thumbs up next to that persona.

Any idea what this is? Thank you!

Hi Jarrod,

The green thumbs up means the contact is engaged!

It seems to be a bug that this icon is appearing at all for your seller, which is the reason you (and I) don't see it when we tried to replicate.

As seen in this screenshot, Persona Map icons should be updated, descriptive, and were moved away from next to contacts. I've brought this to our product team's attention, thank you for highlighting it to us.

@Ben Funkhouser thanks, figured it out.

The green thumb exists on the account quick view from Sales Intelligence, when you click on the People tab BEFORE clicking into the actual account.

Once you click into the actual account and view the persona map, the experience is different and the green check is gone from the persona.

Here's an example:

Then when you click into the account and view the persona map, that same person does not have a green thumb.
