6sense + Salesforce Users Question

We are having an issue - when using the lead creation orchestration to create new leads in salesforce, our salesforce lead assignment isn't triggering for some reason. We believe its a salesforce issue but our salesforce admin is struggling identifying why all other new leads coming into the platform trigger the assignment but 6sense's doesn't... Has anyone else had an issue with this?
adding: we can find a workaround, but are hoping to identify if other people had a similar issue and if there's a native fix
