There have been many releases and updates to our sales product over the last month which you can find listed here.

Right now, let’s take a look at three August enhancements for Revenue AI for Sales that bring new value, speed, and insight to your sales teams and users.


New Filters in Discovery: Contact AI, Website Engagement, URL Visited, and Company Headquarters 

SI users now have the ability to apply Contact AI, URL Visited people filters, and Company Headquarters Account filters to Discovery to help find and sort potential buyers.

The new Contact AI Filters will help sellers to view contacts by:

  • contact profile fit
  • contact engagement grades 
  • contact reach score

Sellers can use these filters to find prospects who are a good fit, engaged already, and they can actively be pursued – all using predictive indicators built into applicable plans. Persona importance was previously the only predictive contact filter available, and will remain on all SI plans. It’s also important to note that predictive filters only apply to contacts in CRM.

Improved CRM & SEP Export Speed 

The second incredible improvement is to improve sales user’s wait time on one of the most important use cases, exporting contacts to CRM and SEP. Enhancements to our workflow for record push to CRMs and SEPs will now take less than 30 seconds, significantly improving export efficiency and allowing sellers to make the most of 6sense’s contact data!


People & Account View Enhancements: New Account Name Hover & All Contacts are Now in Persona Map

Our final highlighted update gives users more ways to view and action all available account details and people data. When sellers click into a person or account in 6sense there is a host of deep insights available to them.

Users can now hover over the Account Name throughout people and accounts views and then click into CRM accounts listed under that 6sense account. The Persona Map in account views can display every single contact available on Discovery that can be unlocked. Now, once a seller is already deep in account insights they can see every account connected to this one and every contact that might be a buyer at that account.
