Because Bombora tracks intent in a "surge" fashion, as opposed to every day website visits like 6sense, it can take 3 weeks for Surge scores to register. It is recommended that 12 weeks of run time is needed to get the best analysis of Bombora surge scores. The absolute minimum you should change topics is 3 weeks; the best practice is to allow topics to remain for at least 12 weeks so that there is sufficient data for analysis.

And of course, if you need to track more than 10 Bombora topics, you can always contract directly with Bombora for more.
