New Segment ID Only Option for APIs

To give you greater control of the data returned by 6sense APIs, we’ve released a new feature that allows you to choose segment information returned in API responses: Segment ID Only or Segment ID + Name.

This is applicable to the following APIs: Company Identification, Company Firmographics, and Lead Scoring & Firmographics.  

Choosing Segment ID Only means that the Segment Name field will remain blank in the API response, and you will not be able to match segments based on segment names; only segment ID. This is a recommended option if your segment names contain sensitive information (e.g.: NorthAmerica_ICP_top50).  

You can easily manage this setting anytime directly from the API Token Management page of the Integrations settings as shown in the screenshot below.
