Wondering how others leverage Bombora company surge intent data outside of the surge topics within 6sense. Right now, it appears the integration is one-directional (Bombora into 6sense) but are there other ways to have the two interact symbiotically?

  • Since Bombora’s Company Surge Topics are a bit different than 6sense’s intent keywords, using both signals together within the 6sense platform to cross validate one another when building audiences is the #1 use case we see with our customers. Since Bombora topics are so easily activated upon within our segments, and those dynamic segments can be pushed across a multitude of channels, our customers find this to be the easiest way to use both signals symbiotically.

    We also have a exclusive relationship with Bombora when it comes to our predictive model, as we are the only vendor in the space that is able to use Bombora Company Surge within our behavioral modeling. Since Bombora then impacts out model’s outputs, we are then able to take action directly within 6sense, or push our aggregated predictive intent scores to MAP’s or CRMs for further activation.

    These are the main two ways we see both data sets being used together. It’s also worth nothing that with a 6sense license, customers get 10 included bombora company surge topics with scores of 70+. If 6sense customers have a direct license with Bombora, they are able to use unlimited Bombora topics within the platform, and are able to see scores of 60+, which improves the signal overall.
