  • How will we measure success? We’ll align each use case to leading indicators (adoption metrics, SLAs, engagement signals) and outcomes (pipeline, win rate), so you can quantify progress in business terms.
  • Is there an assessment? If helpful, we can run a short readiness assessment to create a data‑driven baseline and surface quick wins before finalizing the plan.
