Understanding the icons in the timeline view is essential for interpreting buyer behavior and engagement. Each icon represents a specific type of interaction, helping sales teams quickly assess where an account is in its journey.
๐ Icon meanings:
- ๐ฃ = Added to a Marketing Automation Campaign
- ๐ขโ๏ธ = Email Send/Reach Activity tracked in CRM
- ๐ = Website Visit
- ๐ตโ๏ธ = Email Open/Click Engagement Activity
- ๐๏ธ = Attended an Event/Meeting/Webinar
- ๐ = Filled out a Form
- ๐ = Keywords Researched
- โ๏ธ = Phone Call Reach Activity
๐จ Color Coding Tip
- Green icons indicate a Reach activity - initiated by your sales or marketing team.
- Blue icons represent Engagement activity - actions taken by the prospect in response to your outreach or to content they've interacted with.
These visual cues allow reps to identify patterns, prioritize outreach, and tailor messaging based on real-time engagement. For example, a series of email opens followed by a form fill and a webinar attendance may indicate strong buying intent.
