Audience Workflows: Outreach Node Not Picking Up All Users

Has anybody had this happen? There's no discernable difference within Outreach itself in terms of user permissions between the two individuals, but for some reason I can't find 3/4 of the SDRs I'm working with when I'm trying to designate assignees using the Outreach node.

    Hey @Brandon McBride,

So here is the understanding of how Designated Assignee works within AWF:

    • Designated Assignee field actually makes an API call to Outreach and fetch random 50ish records to showcase on the dropdown menu.
      • These are those records which are visible to Integration.
    • Now when we try to enter any user name or characters, our system tries to make a quick search within the already fetched 50 records.
      • If the quick match is found then our system display the same on UI for selection
      • If match is not found then that means, the desired record is not within the set of 50 random records and we need to fetch that record using the Email address of the records in question.

Please feel free to use email to search for the SDR rep, if that doesn't work, please share the details over a support ticket via Revcity Support portal and we can take a deeper look into the root cause. Thanks and have wonderful day.

Thanks, @AJ. The user I was looking for popped up the moment I finished typing his email address.
