Product Announcement: 'Technology Used (Other Sources)' filter sunsets on Dec.12, 2022

Hi 6sense Community! As of Dec. 12, 2022, we have sunset all technographic data sourced from other data partners.

You’ll notice a few updates to the platform after Dec. 12th: 

• The "[Deprecated] Technology Used (Other Sources)" filter has been removed 
• Now users have one technology filter option to select: "Technology Used” 

To ensure uninterrupted ads, workflows, and user experience, we have automatically migrated all segments where the selected technologies in the deprecated filter can be found in our technographic data and migrated to the "Technology Used" filter.  

Segments where one or more of the selected technologies in the deprecated filter could not be found in our technographic data were not auto-migrated by the system. Instead, to ensure no technologies that you care about were dropped in a migration, the filters of these segments remain the same. Additionally, these segments will no longer refresh as of December 12, 2022. 

All ads, orchestrations, alerts, and other programs that are using these segments will continue to run with the data from December 12, 2022. 

We highly recommend all customers review and manually migrate the filter for the non-migrated segments that are used in ads, orchestration, alerts, and other programs, so that fresh and updated segment data are used in these workflows.  

These segments are now flagged on the segment UI and can be found by applying the new filter "Broken segment.”
