Data is at the core of 6sense!

6sense embedded B2B CDP offers customers a competitive advantage. This differentiated capability ingests, normalizes, cleanses, and enables activation of a wide range of first party account and person-level data. There are 3 core areas of data that power our embedded CDP for all customers: Contact, Account Firmographic, and Technographic data.

Contact Data

6sense acquired Slintel to source net-new emails and phone numbers for our customers.

  • Contact data via Slintel is added to the database on a monthly basis.
  • Contact data is refreshed and validated on a 45-60 day frequency.
  • Note: During refresh process 6sense runs a data verification process reviewing phone numbers, email, and social media links.

Account Firmographic Data

6sense maintains a database of company firmographic records, compiled from multiple data vendors, including Slintel. The system applies proprietary AI algorithm to find the most appropriate value for each field and relationship across all the sources. We verify the output of our algorithms by comparing them to our human-curated Gold Standard, which ensures the algorithm didn’t miss anything obvious at Accounts. The algorithm updates or corrects the data on a daily basis.

  • Account Firmographic data is refreshed and updated in the 6sense platform daily (when a change is detected)

Technographic Data

6sense customers have access to our comprehensive technographic dataset within the 6sense platform via the acquisition of Slintel. Technographic data can be used within 6sense segmentation and predictive models, Slintel, visible for sellers within our Sales Intelligence application in CRM and available via flat file exports for BI tools or customers data analytics teams. 

  • Technographic Data is updated within the 6sense platform on a bi-weekly cycle
  • Technographic Data directly within the Slintel platform is updated every 2 weeks

Frequency & Refreshing Data

The 6sense Product & Partnership team assess and ultimately adds or removes 3rd party intent providers, publishers, and or partners on a bi-weekly basis.
