And, for executives, Verified Outcomes provide concrete evidence of success, helping to justify current investments and future growth.
Why Verified Outcomes Matter:
- 6sense is a robust platform that, for mature customers, touches a multitude of their go-to-market programs and cross-functional team processes. Considering this, logging achievements as they’re identified is critical, so they do not get lost or overlooked when it’s time to highlight the value 6sense has delivered for your business.
- Your 6sense Customer Success Manager is here to support you and your entire organization as a strategic partner. Through leveraging Verified Outcomes, we’re also logging what your business is considering as successes from 6sense which can preserve business continuity should any stakeholders change. These insights into confirming what you would consider a success also assist us in providing strategic, and well-aligned recommendations for where to invest your efforts next.
What Are Verified Outcomes:
- Verified Outcomes are milestones that show progression toward or contribution to your organization’s strategic priorities. They relate to a 6sense objective and/or strategic priority and highlight a verified business outcome or impact.
- We consider an outcome to be verified when it’s reviewed with your Customer Success Manager and you confirm it showcases the value of the 6sense program in a meaningful and measurable way.
What You Can Expect:
- Your 6sense Customer Success Manager will partner with you to track key wins. They’ll suggest Verified Outcomes based on data and insights, but we also encourage you to share internal wins that we may not have visibility into.
- An outcome will be considered verified once it’s been reviewed with your team and confirmed to be meaningful, measurable, and accurate in showcasing the value of the 6sense program.
- We’ll collect these throughout your lifecycle with 6sense and resurface the Verified Outcomes during executive business reviews and value conversations to highlight to your team the accomplishments we’ve seen from the 6sense partnership.
What Makes a Good Verified Outcome:
- A strong Verified Outcome directly connects to your strategic priorities and highlights measurable business impact driven by 6sense. It should be specific, quantifiable, and meaningful to your business.
- Your Verified Outcomes should showcase the value of the 6sense program relevant to how your business would quantify the program’s success.
Examples of Verified Outcomes:
- Acme wanted to optimize their tracking of account engagement from their Top 100 Accounts. In Q2, there was engagement from 29% of their Top 100 Accounts. In Q3, after launching journey-based campaigns using 6sense Display, Social, and Email, the engagement increased to 43% with a QoQ lift of 48%.
- Acme wanted to target 10% of the 5,500 accounts attending the CES conference. Using 6sense Advertising, they targeted the list of accounts attending CES, reaching over 2,500. 1,000 of those accounts engaged last quarter and there are 10 open opportunities totaling to $1.2M in pipeline.
