Scalability of Dynamic HTML5 Ads Based on Unique Pain Points

I'm exploring the idea of creating dynamic HTML5 ads tailored to the pain points of our open opportunities. The challenge is that we don’t have standardized pain points – they’re recorded in SFDC by our SDR team and vary for each account. Given this, I'm wondering if this approach is scalable, or if there are limitations to dynamically creating ad content based on such unique and varied pain points.
Has anyone here worked through a similar challenge, especially with the need to scale across numerous different pain points? Any tips on how to make this more manageable or tools that help streamline this process while ensuring the ads remain relevant and effective?
