Role Overview: As the Customer Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within our existing customer base and global accounts. This position will focus on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and generate pipeline opportunities. You will use your metrics-driven mentality to focus on uncovering new opportunities within the customer base to build pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with our Account Managers, leveraging your analytical skills to measure success and optimize future campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Trends: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management teams to understand trends in customer base and learn about new use cases for expansion campaigns. 
  • Develop & Execute ABM Programs: Manage Account-Based Marketing strategies targeted at Enterprise and Global accounts, driving customer engagement and growth. 
  • Customer Programs: Manage our Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Program delivering white-glove experiences to clients visiting our HQ, along with supporting our annual Customer User Group events. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute a variety of marketing initiatives, including webinars, content syndication, intent-based programs, paid social advertising, and event strategies. 
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Account stakeholders to devise creative strategies that foster customer expansion and capitalize on growth opportunities. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and gather insights using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6sense to refine future strategies.  
  • Leverage Existing Assets: Utilize messaging and resources developed by Product Marketing to create impactful programs that support revenue goals, as well as collaborate on creation of new assets to target accounts. 
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and increasing engagement levels. 
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on event activity, lead flow, and success metrics, translating data into actionable insights. 
  • Build Relationships: Establish a strong rapport with inbound team, sales, account management, and product marketing teams to foster collaboration and drive results. 

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Field Marketing). 
  • Experience in high-tech SaaS or the Data Infrastructure and Storage industry (backup, recovery, security, etc.) is highly valued. 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, 6Sense and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. 
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. 
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. 
  • Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
