Prior to COVID I was focused on building my professional brand online to really share my thoughts around a couple core topics I am passionate about. Most would think that during COVID would have been the perfect time for this but it had the opposite effect since everyone was jumping on the Social bandwagon.

With conferences and meetups starting up again I felt like I lost some of the connections I had to do panels and speaking engagements since my social brand was being hidden in the sea of others doing the same thing.

Since joining 6sense I have taken the leap to put myself back out there and to not shy away from expressing my thoughts and sharing my experiences by committing to spending 30 min a day commenting, posting, and reacting on my professional online sites and communities.

Since starting this new behavior in early 2022, I have conducted two in-person panels, three virtual podcasts and lead one breakout session at a non-6sense conference. As I head into 2023 I am already getting scheduled for a handful of events in Q1/Q2 2023.

Proceed with confidence and don't let your voice get lost in the mix.
