This month's release focuses on streamlining your sales and operations workflows with the introduction of MAP enrichment for Data Workflows. We've also added enhanced security controls for platform access, improved account-contact mapping in Sales Intelligence, and made several UX improvements to help sellers work more efficiently.

PLATFORM

Enhanced Security Controls

New 6sense Team Access settings give administrators granular control over platform access permissions. Manage when and how 6sense team members can access your instance through time-limited elevated access, just-in-time permissions for support needs, and customizable visibility settings. During implementation, designated 6sense employees receive 90-day edit access which automatically converts to view-only afterwards. Additional access can be granted as needed through the new interface.

Note: Available starting October 24th. Please note that restricting organizational visibility may impact support response times.

SALES INTELLIGENCE

Account Selection Tie-Breaker for Contact Exports

The new Account Selection tie-breaker feature helps ensure contacts are correctly mapped to the right accounts in your CRM by:

  • Enabling manual account selection when multiple matches are found
  • Allowing new account creation within the export flow
  • Supporting bulk exports to save time
  • Providing audit tracking through Export History

Enhanced Persona Map Experience

We've streamlined the Persona Map interface to help you find and engage the right contacts more efficiently.

  • New people filter: Filter CRM, non-CRM, and MAP contacts or leads
  • Job title filters: Easily find buying personas for your ICPs
  • Collapsible view: Streamline your Persona Map with this new view
  • New columns: Added to the list view for consistency across the dashboard and details page
  • Bulk "Export to CRM" option: Now available under the list view, along with the existing bulk "Add to SEP" option

AI Writer Beta Program

Starting late October, we're introducing AI Writer for Sales Intelligence in closed beta – a new capability that helps sales teams create more relevant first-touch emails by automatically incorporating 6sense's account and contact insights.

  • Generate personalized emails directly within Sales Intelligence using account intent, behavior, and engagement data
  • Customize email tone and framework to match your communication style
  • Fine-tune content using company value propositions and product information

Foreign Language Keyword Expansion

We've expanded our ability to capture and analyze non-English content, improving keyword coverage across EMEA markets. This provides more comprehensive intent signals for accounts researching in multiple languages, enabling better visibility into buyer research happening in local languages and more accurate recommendations for international targeting. The update automatically applies to all existing keyword monitoring, delivering richer intent data for your global target accounts.
