Rev AI for Marketing

Platform Services

Increasing Bombora Topics from 10 to 12!!!

New and existing customers will now have 12 Bombora intent topics instead of 10 included in their 6sense subscription at no additional cost. To learn more, please reference the Knowledge Base article.

Integrations

New WebTag 2.0 Code and Installation Instructions via Email

6sense customers will now be sent their Webtag 2.0 code with installation instructions via email for easy, seamless implementation. Refer to the latest Knowledge Base article [TH1] for additional information.

Segments

Sunsetting Lookalike Segments on May 29

6sense will sunset the Lookalike Segment feature on May 29 and convert these segments to static lists. After this date, users will not be able to create new lookalike segments. Check out the latest KB article here for additional information.

Advertising

Influenced Pipeline Reporting for ABM-only customers + 2 new dimensions available in PTR!

Now ABM-only customers with a connected and standardized CRM can access Influenced Pipeline reporting to better understand how ad campaigns impact pipeline by comparing accounts reached against existing opportunities and new opportunities created during campaigns (previously only available to predictive customers; no action required to activate). Additionally, based on feature requests, we’ve added two new dimensions to help customers slice and dice campaign data in the Performance Trend Report: account and geo. Reference the Knowledge Base article here.

Conversational Email

New Automation Rule (previously Workflows): Cancel Conversations

Conversational Email customers can now set up a new automation rule (previously called workflows) to cancel conversations based on status changes to standard or custom CRM fields. For example, customers can set up an automation rule to automatically cancel conversations with contacts at accounts when a new opportunity is created in their CRM. Credits can be allocated by CSMs for multiple years, allowing flexibility to match credits allocated and time to the duration of a contract.

*Workflow Improvements to the Rev AI List Enrichment

*Updating Company Name & Website, Company Search filter and adding Company Domain Filter

Custom Value Mapping in Sales Intelligence

*Sales Intelligence customers can now map custom values for Industry and Country fields to a corresponding value in their CRM for these fields.

*Additionally, for Employee Range and Revenue Range fields you can choose to map a different (more rolled up) ranges as per CRM values.

*When a user exports a record from SI, 6sense will update the value as per the custom values being mapped.
