Marketo Static List - how do you use it?

Curious how other users are using the orchestration which sends a static list to Marketo

Primarily, my curiosity is around the fact that 6sense simply pulls leads/contacts to a static list regardless of the status (disqualified, etc.)…I understand operationally that we would filter from within Marketo.

If you use this orchestration - how have you used it successfully? thanks in advance for your real life examples!

I agree with Carly I am using a static list into Customer.io email system and i was wondering how / if you can make it dynamic to keep sending updated contacts to use for email lists.
