Are Your Email Alerts Working?

Hi there! Hearing from many members of my sales team that their email alerts are not working - a link is clicked and the browser just sits there. I confirm the same thing.

The URL has this at the beginning:

https://t.6sc.co/img.gif?redirect=THEACTUALURL

I think that is causing the issue...

But wondering if others are seeing the same thing and if their email alert links are working. I am posting here because support is taking awhile to respond. The power of community!

    Thanks for reaching out! Although these links are still working broadly, we have encountered scenarios in the past where security policies on company-managed devices / networks, browser extensions / configurations, etc. can impact the normal behavior of some functionalities such as this. To determine which scenario (if any) is at play here, it would be necessary to investigate this on a case by case basis. As you've mentioned, I can see that a ticket was successfully filed for this matter and a support agent is currently on the case.     Hi Adam and Bryce. I just confirmed with our reps that our alerts and links are all working. I think it's probably an issue with the security configuration of your company's firewall / IaaS platform like Bryce suggested. Your IT team can likely whitelist 6Sense emails to solve for this.
