Can we include HQ State information on the 6S account download?

Hi team,

When we run Segment in 6S, there is one option to download 6S accounts, by default below fields are exported:

Can we add HQ State information on the 6S account extract?

    Hi Amanda!

    Thanks for reaching out. At the current time, the columns which are included in a segment account download are not customizable, however it is possible to push account data not included here directly to your account records in CRM. By leveraging account-level Enrichment Orchestrations, you can export a wide quantity of data beyond the datapoints referenced in your screenshot and push them directly to CRM: https://support.6sense.com/knowledge-base/360050400033-configuring-an-enrichment-orchestration/

    That is what I thought so, thank you for your suggestion, just one quick question, in the orchestration, there are 2 options, one is All Salesforce records, the other is Salesforce records within the 6Sense Segment, what is the difference between these 2?

    let us say I want to push segment name to Salesforce Account,

    Hi Amanda,

    In both of these cases, this setting controls which CRM accounts are eligible for the orchestration in question. In the context of Segment Name orchestrations, the "all" option will push any published segment names to 100% of CRM accounts which are members of said segments, whereas the latter option will only push segment names to the group of CRM accounts contained in the target segment you configure.

    Ah, got it, for this option "whereas the latter option will only push segment names to the group of CRM accounts contained in the target segment you configure." Can I change the target segment after creating the orchestration or only allow the initial one I setup?

    Thank you for your response. This should be alterable later by using the "Edit" functionality on your orchestration should you find an update is required. Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions!
