Cribl is looking for an Account Based Marketing superhero to drive data-fueled, high impact campaigns into target accounts and enable our GTM teams on account based insights - generating high propensity pipeline that amplifies Cribl’s growth trajectory. The successful candidate will be a revenue- and data-centric marketer, tech-savvy and passionate about innovation, who is hungry for growth.

If You Got It - We Want It

  • Drive the ongoing evolution of Cribl’s Account Based Marketing activation approach, toward greater pipeline impact, ROI, and GTM cohesion - bringing the very latest industry knowledge to define the strategic roadmap, and guide cross-functional execution  
  • Be the lead partner for Marketing Operations on 6sense for GTM teams: driving 6sense enablement (creating custom materials including how to sell to all types of intent data) and ongoing engagement for SDRs and RSMs - evidencing impact on utilization and Sales outcomes 
  • Work across Marketing teams to advise and serve up 6sense segments for account based activation 
  • Champion the Account Funnel - driving visibility and surfacing insights with Regional Marketing & Sales into Target Account status to devise campaigns and Account cohorts, globally 
  • Create content with Subject Matter Experts, curate campaigns across channel owners - rolling up sleeves to get work executed 
  • Innovate with bespoke content creation at scale for hyperpersonalized campaigns (e.g. leveraging GenAI and automated orchestration) 
  • Partner with Web and through the Demand team to drive account based personalization 
  • Own reporting on all activities, inputting to the evolution of models for reporting success per latest tools and tactics available, and strategies deployed 
  • Provide 6sense Sales user support (leveraging vendor support where required) and the ongoing optimization of Sales alerts, with Marketing Operations

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Bring…

  • At least 7 years of experience in Digital and Account Based Marketing, with 4+ years in a software company, targeting IT, Security, DevOps in large enterprises
  • Demonstrable experience in Account Based Marketing campaigns, Account segmentation, and both Marketing & Sales activation of intent data, to create high propensity pipeline   
  • Deep experience with 6sense is essential. Experience across a range of intent providers (e.g. review sites, TechTarget Priority Engine, Bombora, Qualified, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and hands-on reporting in Salesforce is highly preferred. 
  • World leading collaboration skills (predominantly in a remote environment), to drive cohesion in the various teams that touch the Account’s experience 
  • Obsessive about measuring results - strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future activities
  • Exceptional communication, project and budget management skills. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task: calm under pressure and aggressive timelines; proven in their ability to roll up their sleeves to get work done. 
  • Comfortable with finding clarity from ambiguity in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
