Hi all, working in Rev Ops I look after the CE tool and very excited about the potential this tool has. The challenge I encounter is that I have updated the knowledge base with content for multiple product groups. I noticed that if I don't specify the content I want the AI writer to pick from, it will just mix it all together.
As anyone figured out, a good prompt template that can be used to write semi personalized product specific prospecting emails. Would love to exchange on prompts and learn how I can improve and manage the AI writer better for the campaigns. Anyone willing to exchange on their prompts?

Generate a 5-step prospecting email cadence to introduce our company and explore potential collaboration opportunities. Email not longer than 200 words. Highlight our company's Analytics expertise, value proposition, and express interest in discussing how we can work together to achieve mutual goals. Use data points from the gartner Top Trends in Data and Analytics and map with challenges in PA Data & Analyst Bucket. CTA book a meeting. Include client use case in 1-2 emails. Keep the tone of voice friendly yet business formal. Subject with three words.

    What I can say broadly is that the AI Writer uses a semantic search against the content within the collateral in your knowledge base. Because of that, it’s generally better in your prompt to tell instruct the type of information/data you’d like the AI Writer to pull in (rather than the title of the document you’d like it to pull from). So - for example - we’d recommend saying “Include case studies about XYZ product” or “Include data-based proof points showing the uplifts of XYZ product” instead of saying “include information from [INSERT ARTICLE TITLE HERE].”

    This next suggestion may or may not be necessary, but if you really want to differentiate messaging between your products, you may also consider aligning the AI Assistants you have as part of your CE package to different products/product groups. For example, you may want to use AI Assistant 1 to reach out to audiences about Product Group 1 and  use AI Assistant 2 to reach out about Product Group 2. This may be overly complex if there is a lot of overlap in messaging and buyers between your product groups, but something to consider.
