Person-Level Identification & Real-Time Blocking

Options

Howdy - wondering if the following will ever be on roadmap or ever discussed?

Will person-level identification will ever be on the roadmap? Specifically for the US, as I know there are broader implications.

Smart Forms are certainly an interesting use case, but will real-time validation be baked into that smart form in the future? I'm not just talking about personal emails being blocked; more true email blocking like "zero bounce."

I don't see either listed in the roadmap doc.

    Hey Joseph,

First, thanks for taking the time to post this here. Also, good to see you here in addition to our talks at Breakthrough.

Do you mind sharing more details on "Person level ID" and what you envisioning? You are right about the privacy implication but first I want to understand what you have in mind, why do you need it, how would you use it ie, use case?

Real time form validation: Same questions. Can you tell me more about the workflow and the pain point today?

In any case, you can submit a "Feature request" from within the product itself along with any/all details and it will make its way to our product team.

    Thanks

    Hey Bharat -

    Great to see ya again.

Person level - you’re currently doing company level through doing reverse IP; and urs great. But the number one question we get is “well who is that.” And it’s a valid question. We have ways of guessing or we know we need to get them to be a known visitor through a number of avenues. However, there are now solutions available that do the person level de-anonymizing. Aka, you visit my website, and when you do, not only do I know that you’re from 6sense (like you do now) but I also know who you are. The use case is pretty simple for this one, if I know the person that’s on my site, I know who I should be reaching out to from both the marketing and sales side.

Real Time Validation - email validation has never been more important. There are way to free emails with most marketing automation solutions, but very few also validate the email in real time. You already have the enrichment piece down, so the ask would be validate in real time if the email is an active and valid email (with the ability to block freemails too). This is common with a company that shall not be named within 6sense forum lol. The biggest use for this is on high value for assets like a free trial or even a demo request. If you had this functionality, you could potentially also sell email validation or validate all of the emails within our databases that you’re already connected to.

@joseph.barringhaus Totally agree on the person-level de-anonymization. I think there is some of this already in place via cookie tracking but I believe it is only for contacts that already exist in your CRM who have previously filled out a form. The bigger pool, and arguably more important, is identifying those who have not yet filled out a form and/or are not yet the CRM.

This is the biggest hurdle we have when training our XDRs, even those with enterprise/predictive features. Addressing the fact that they need to use other tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Zoom Info/SFDC, combined with information presented on the persona map, seems to be a concept they struggle to grasp and put into action. Part of that is just that many of them just aren't operating at that level of sophistication, but it would be great if we could say "It looks like X intent activity came from Y contact/lead" based solely on timeline/intent activity data within 6sense.
