    Hi Philip,

The Preferred Publisher List (PPL) is a smart choice if you're optimizing for inventory quality over quantity. The list includes several thousand publishers who have been vetted for brand fit, professional/trusted content and historical performance. It's a big list (and we're continually adding to and editing it) but it is of course much smaller than the maximum reach of all programmatic inventory. This means that 100% of impressions for PPL campaigns will come from approved websites, but you may see lower reach or scale. For campaigns that were hitting their daily spend cap anyway, or continue to after the PPL is selected, this is an easy trade-off. For campaigns that are targeting a restrictive segment with few accounts (or otherwise tight targeting criteria) you might need to increase your max CPM bid in order to maintain as much daily volume. Importantly, there is no charge for using the PPL, and you can toggle it on and off, so I encourage you to give it a try to see how things go.

If you're looking for more info, this article provides additional details about the PPL: https://support.6sense.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405576460691-6sense-Custom-Publisher-Lists#preferred-publisher-list-0-0

    All the best,

    Tony

Definitely worth giving it a try in US market, but we found the inventory was way too low in Europe and had trouble delivering impressions. Echoing Tony's comment above, PPL works best when your account volume is high.
