You can create and manage your Support cases right here in RevCity! Click the Support link in the top navigation to get started.
You can select to see Open Cases, Closed Cases or All Cases.
You have the ability to add comments and screenshots to your cases as well as Close a case if it is resolved.
To create a new case use the Create a Case button.
If you are a 6sense customer and receive a Permission Error when you click on Support, please email revcity@6sense.com and we'll get you taken care of!
