- The "Total Users" metric now includes users from both ABM and Revenue AI for Sales packages, giving you a full picture of your team’s license usage.
- This helps you track whether all allotted licenses are being actively utilized.
- Check User Status:
- Use the status icons to quickly see if users are "Enabled," "Disabled," or "Invited" but not yet active.
- A quick glance at the "Role" column will show you which roles are assigned, whether for ABM or SI users, depending on your subscription package.
- Filter for Low Activity Users:
- Apply the new filter options to identify users who haven’t logged in recently. This will help you pinpoint team members who might need a nudge to re-engage with the platform.

Thanks for this. Do you know if there's a way for us to see who from our org (domain) has taken any of the certifications? Whether or not they have passed? Knowing that would be helpful for admins like myself to ensure we're following up with people who are fully engaged as well as looking for low-usage insights.

Great question @Jana_Marketing_Maven! I touched base with our certs team, and they informed me that while they are looking into options for securely providing self-serve reporting, today, the best way would be to connect with your CSM to pull a report for you.
Another option is to implement an in-house self-reporting process, asking your team to send you screenshots of their certifications as they complete them. This sounds like an opportunity to gamify certifications to me!

Is there a way for us to retrieve User Login Activity via API, or even subscription to a csv file? We'd like to add this data to our automated "sales tool usage" report and don't want to have to download the file manually. Thanks!

Hi @Peggy Sue Marlin ! I did some digging, and login data is not available via API today; it would need to be manually prepared by request. I've shared your feedback with our product team. In the meantime, one suggestion (if you're using SSO) would be to possibly obtain login activity from your SSO provider.

Hi @Peggy Sue Marlin, you bet! Click on Roadmap in the top navigation bar in RevCity, then click the Request a New Feature button on the top right. From that page, you can create a case with the Type of Feature Request and fill in the rest of the details. Hope that helps!
