We are looking for a dedicated to optimizing our sales processes and enhancing our account-based marketing strategies. We are seeking a skilled specialist to help integrate and streamline our 6sense and Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account-Based Model Transition:
    • Assist with transitioning Salesforce to an account-based model.
    • Develop strategies for converting contacts and integrating them with leads.
  2. Workflow and Lead Management:
    • Resolve issues with leads in Salesforce workflows.
    • Ensure leads are accurately stamped and processed.
    • Implement workflows to automatically change the status of prospects based on time spent in a stage (e.g., move prospects in 'working' status for over 90 days to 'recycled').
  3. MQL Notifications:
    • Set up notifications for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
  4. Data Cleanup and Organization:
    • Clean up tagging for clients, prospects, and partner leads.
    • Establish and maintain a parent/child account hierarchy in Salesforce.
    • Delete outdated or unuseful leads to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce and 6sense integration.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Proficient in Salesforce workflow automation and data management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and data cleanup skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
