We are looking for a dedicated to optimizing our sales processes and enhancing our account-based marketing strategies. We are seeking a skilled specialist to help integrate and streamline our 6sense and Salesforce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Model Transition:
- Assist with transitioning Salesforce to an account-based model.
- Develop strategies for converting contacts and integrating them with leads.
- Workflow and Lead Management:
- Resolve issues with leads in Salesforce workflows.
- Ensure leads are accurately stamped and processed.
- Implement workflows to automatically change the status of prospects based on time spent in a stage (e.g., move prospects in 'working' status for over 90 days to 'recycled').
- MQL Notifications:
- Set up notifications for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Data Cleanup and Organization:
- Clean up tagging for clients, prospects, and partner leads.
- Establish and maintain a parent/child account hierarchy in Salesforce.
- Delete outdated or unuseful leads to maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce and 6sense integration.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Proficient in Salesforce workflow automation and data management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational and data cleanup skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
