Who is using Orchestrations for Outreach/Salesloft?

Would love to gain some insight and learnings from those using Orchestrations for either Outreach or Salesloft — how is it working? Is it challenging setting up the contact record data requirements ahead of time to get the orchestration to run the way you want it to? Or maybe you're having success?
Today, we are orchestrating contact buys for 6QAs. However, those contacts can be purchased or otherwise demasked from marketing activities daily or weekly. We're seeing sellers failing to go back into their accounts to add new contacts that may pop up in their persona maps to Outreach sequence after they've done a first pass at the account.
Orchestrating the addition of recently added contacts to our CRM could help to supplement this by finding and adding contacts to sequences as they are demasked. Alternatively, we could change the workflow to have Orchestrations handle 100% of adding contacts to sequences and then the sellers would spend their time moving those contacts through sequence steps.
Would love to get a POV on this action/if it might be beneficial than relying on a human to add relevent contacts to Outreach or Salesloft sequences. Thank you!
