Sales adoption

Sales Intelligence (SI) is a 6sense Revenue AI platform that helps sellers identify which accounts are in-market, understand buying intent, and connect with the right decision-makers at the right time. Think of Sales Intelligence as a compass for smarter prospecting—it guides where to focus your efforts, but it works best…

Unfortunately, not yet. Currently, Sales Intelligence (SI) uses individual keywords in the Keywords Researched filter. This is a known feature request; if your sellers have asked for this capability, please vote for the feature here:…

This article presumes you already know the following: Buying Committees are not new; selling enterprise solutions has involved multiple stakeholders for decades. Stories about deals closed based on a personal relationship with the Economic Buyer, dinner, or golf, were exceptions, not the rule. Buying Committees are not…

The best AEs know they need to prospect even if they have a BDR doing it full-time for their accounts. But let's say you're an AE that doesn't need to, or, more likely, doesn't want to prospect. Is 6sense of any value to them? Absolutely! An AE should login to Sales Intelligence (SI) every single day for the sole purpose…

I wish I had noticed this trend sooner because I could have saved dozens of sellers from descending into madness. When they go from having virtually no behavioral intelligence about their accounts to having lots of behavioral intelligence about their accounts, some sellers can misunderstand the mission and take things too…

If you prefer to read, scroll past the video; the text below is NOT a transcript of the video. The video is primarily to share with sellers if you want to share the link: (https://6senseinc.wistia.com/medias/65rr9zzrob) By far, the most valuable filter in Sales Intelligence (SI), is one that is almost impossible for us to…

There is a 1-hour Frontline Sales Manager training that has been available online for about a month now at https://certified.6sense.com/flm-training. Managers could Sign Up (not Sign In) and take the course that covers 3 of the foundational capabilities of 6sense (account matching, buyer's intent, the Buying Stages model)…

Hopefully by now you are aware of the Sales Certification as the best way to get your sellers educated (and entertained) on 6sense Revenue AI for Sales™. It not only covers how the product works, but also the larger context around buyer's intent and the nuances of our AI models. If you are not already sending new Sales…

It's the 3rd of the month which means everyone with Predictive has a Model report with updated metrics based on activity back in August (remember, the model predicts likelihood of an opportunity opening in 90 days). At 6sense, our metrics are basically the same as the month before. Our baseline increased from 1.72% to…

If you attended my 6th Street Live session about sales adoption earlier this month, I emphasized how important frontline sales manager buy-in is. The adoption of every sales tool lives and dies at the frontline manager level. We now have a new, 50-minute frontline sales manager course within The Academy, although it may be…

I assume every BDR leader knows of Jen Allen-Knuth, formerly of Challenger, co-host of the 30 Minutes to President's Club podcast for almost a year, now out on her own consulting and motivating at SKOs. Three weeks ago, she launched a newsletter, and I've gotta say, I find it essential reading for anyone that cares about…

Here is the link to the Next-Gen Seller certification. Here are links to the Saturday Night Live sketches referenced in the 6th Street Live session about sales adoption. Warnings: Happy Fun Ball Lower your Expectations: Matt Foley, Van Down by the River Certification: Hidden Valley Ranch Frontline sales manager training:…

It's finally my chance to shine on 6th Street Live next Thursday, August 15th with an engaging session about re-engaging disengaged sellers. I'll be sharing some relatively-easy-to-execute ideas to increase Sales' adoption of 6sense. I've spent most of the last year training 1,000+ sellers, virtually and in-person, so I've…

Subject to change as we learn more information, but this video shares our latest thinking on the best practices used in rolling 6sense out to Sales. The video is 12 minutes long in full, but you can get a sense of the 11 steps in the first 3 1/2 minutes; the remainder of the video is more detail on each of the steps. If…

If you've been around these parts long enough, at some point you've probably heard some 6sensor use the phrase "No 6QA left behind." It originated several years ago when we realized even we weren't working all of our 6QAs. We dug into the reasons why and began an initiative inspired by the "No Child Left Behind" law that…

It's probably going to have to! Apologies for posting this in the late afternoon before a four-day weekend, but it is the 3rd of the month which means everyone's Model metrics refreshed. More than that, though, the visual of the Model metrics report has changed as well. The report essentially shares the same information,…

Most of you here already have your sellers using the newest Sales Intelligence (SI) app, the one that is full-color and released over a year ago in March 2023. Some of you may still be on the Legacy SI for any number of reasons. If a reason is that you are unclear on what improvements are in the new SI, I've tried to list…
