Hey everyone! I decided this year to share the spreadsheet I use for planning coverage at Breakthrough with multiple attendees.

Don't forget, you can use the 6sense mobile app or the Breakthrough Agenda page to officially plan your calendar.

My spreadsheet is more about taking 10-15 minutes to sit with the other attendees from your company to ensure that you have full coverage for everything you want to get out of it. It specifically covers the blocks where there are multiple session options available.

Just in case you need instructions on what to do since this is a read-only file:

  1. File » Make a Copy
  2. Click into any cell with a dropdown menu.
  3. Click that edit button:

  4. Change the attendee names and add any new ones you need.

  5. Hit Apply All when prompted.
