Credits Not Reloading


Hi there! I am an individual contributor (customer) on an Enterprise license. It seems as though my credits did not reload this month. Is there anything we can do to help resolve this issue?

My leadership team has created a ticket with 6sense but that was 2 weeks ago.

    We investigated and found that it's not an individual plan user but mapped under the organisation (Reputation).
    Can you please reach out to your 6sense admin or CSM for a credit assignment?
