Error message when trying to subscribe to personal plan $39 USD - not able to subscribe

Any time I try to buy the subscription at this address: https://sales.6sense.com/pricing?tab=For+Individual+Use

I get the error message below. I have tried different credit cards, all of them work (all are Visa). Support was not able to assist with this. What do I need to do to successfully subscribe?
