Downgrade from the Revenue AI for Sales Individual Plan to the Free Plan
You can downgrade through the SI Extension for Chrome or from the Revenue AI for Sales application.
Downgrading to the Free Plan
- In the SI Extension for Chrome, click the vertical three dots icon at the top left to open the SI Extension for Chrome lefthand navigation menu drawer, and then click the Dashboard link.
To begin downgrading in the Revenue AI for Sales application, start at step 2. - Select My Profile from the dropdown menu below the circle with your initials in it (user preferences), and then click the Billing tab.
- Click the Cancel Subscription button.
- In Subscription Details, click the Cancel Subscription link.
5. The popup displays the date your subscription will end. Select a reason for your cancellation.
6. Confirm your cancellation.
7. The Subscription Details now displays a banner that shows the date and time your subscription will be canceled. If you want to change your mind at any time before the cancellation goes into effect, click Remove scheduled cancellation.
Privacy Compliance
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations about privacy and contact information usage. If you are downloading business contacts through 6sense Sales Intelligence, you must review on a monthly basis a 6sense-provided list of persons who may have requested that their personal data be removed from the 6sense contact database. Remove any contacts you downloaded who are listed as requesting removal. Each month, check and remove any contacts you downloaded, if any, who have requested removal. Your password to access the list at was provided to you in your registration email and may also be retrieved via the “forgot password” option on the page.
