Cancel Your Revenue AI for Sales (Sales Intelligence) Free Plan

You can cancel the Revenue AI for Sales free plan and deactivate your account through the SI Extension for Chrome or from the Revenue AI for Sales application. 

Note: Deactivation is not reversible. If you deactivate, your account cannot later be restored. 

Cancelling the Free Plan 

1. In the SI Extension for Chrome, click the vertical three dots icon at the top left to open the SI Extension for Chrome lefthand navigation menu drawer, and then click the Dashboard link. 
   To begin cancellation in the Revenue AI for Sales application, start at step 2. 
2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu below the circle with your initials in it (user preferences). 
3. Click the Deactivate Account button. 

4. Confirm your cancellation by clicking Deactivate.

Reactivation 

To again subscribe to the Revenue AI for Sales free plan, you must create a new account using a different business email. This new account will not carry over any data or settings your previous account held. 

Deactivating a Paid Revenue AI for Sales Individual Plan 

To deactivate your paid Revenue AI for Sales Individual plan, first downgrade your plan to the free plan, then cancel using the instructions provided in this article.
