Credit Balance?

Hi Support,

I have a individual paid subscription. My credit balance indicates that I have 76 credits remaining but when I attempt to use them I am faced with an error message that states that my credits are all used up? Please advise?

  • Hi @POPcorn49 We see that on February 29th, you used some credits. You have 45 credits left for this month. We hope your issue has been resolved and that you can now use your credits.
