Enterprise Account Executive (Remote - NYC, NY, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Bay Area)

About the job

Yellow.ai is growing! We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue who will focus on growing our North America territory. You’ll identify and articulate how Yellow.ai can unlock significant value for our customers, build relationships with key executives and evangelize cutting edge Conversational AI technology.

You will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of our offerings, as well as the strategic thinking to drive a complex sales process. Ideal locations are NYC, NY, Boston, Washington, Chicago, & Bay Area.

Day-to-day

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales you will:

  • Develop a strategy and sell directly to targeted accounts
  • Generate leads and build pipeline, engage in conversations, conduct sales via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings
  • Manage and grow your assigned targets through strategic sales techniques
  • Work with senior management and corporate counsel to negotiate and deliver signed contracts
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth, including upsell opportunities
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.com while creating satisfied and reference-able customers


What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience focused on prospecting and closing new business
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
  • Previous start-up experience is a must
  • Understanding of contact centers and conversational AI strongly preferred
  • Experience in multi-threading into accounts, and engaging with senior level executives to pitch value
  • Closing deals averaging $250K plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Zoominfo, Navigator & Outreach (or similar)
  • Experience with full life cycle sales including lead generation, lead qualification, outreach, through to deal closing
  • Fanatical about customer care and tenacious at solving every problem with a smile
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and telephone presence
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent field related experience
