6QAs only for country showing intent
Ever since 6s rolled all locations for an account into one record (which makes sense to do), we've been running into issues capturing 6QAs for non-headquarter locations. For example, if we have a CRM record for an account based in the US and is matched to a 6sense record in the US, but 6sense shows that the UK location qualifies as a 6QA, that 6QA signal doesn't get pushed to our CRM, so Sales can't see that an account is trending/qualified. We definitely aren't going to create duplicate accounts in our CRM to account for every country an account operates in.
Has anyone found a good solution to combine this intent data and roll it up under the HQ location record?

Hi Andy - this is Anurag from 6sense product team. Thank you for your question. Currently, it is possible to export scores at HQ level or at country level via Workflows. However, we don't have any way to roll up or show multi-country scores at HQ level. It should be possible for the sales reps to set up alerts for the locations that they care about - kindly see that if it helps.
For the use case of exporting these non-HQ scores to your CRM (which is at HQ level), could you please share a bit more on what would be the ideal solution for you. For example, are there only certain countries they we about or if 6QA at any country should be flagged? Does this country list change by each account? How would the relevant sales rep then be informed after the data is updated in your CRM? It would be great if you can raise a Feature Request with us, and share more details on what would help you make your GTM motion more efficient.0 -
Hi Anurag - thanks for the response.
In an ideal world, it wouldn't matter which country was showing intent for a particular account. Sure it would be nice to be able to dig in to see exactly where the intent/activity was spiking to help plan for outreach, but the most important thing for us is Yes or No - is this particular account a 6QA and should Sales be notified?
If we have an account with the HQ in the US, but the entire Finance team is located in Canada and doing heavy research into keywords we care about, we wouldn't know that unless we set up additional workflows or did deeper research on an account-by-account basis is that right? It would make sense to me that if any country for a particular account was active enough to qualify as a 6QA, then the account as a whole would be flagged as a 6QA. The system could look for the highest level of activity/qualification criteria across all locations to determine how qualified an account is at that time.
