Healthcare-IDN Account Matching
How do people here have Salesforce company accounts with different locations and therefore different domains?
As I understand 6sense matches based on location+domain+company name.
Let's take Company X, which is in my SFDC with an HQ location in Sydney, Australia.
Company X also has SFDC accounts in Melbourne, Brisbane, etc. Each has a different buying group, and it is a different way in for my Sales team, depending on which location is buying.
So I have
companyx.com/sydney
companyx.com/melbourne
companyx.com/brisbane
Will this really work in 6sense?

We’re seeing this issue as well. At the moment, I don’t believe there’s a way to use subpages to differentiate account matching in 6sense. The platform only uses the root domain for account matching purposes.
In your example, 6sense would treat all three subpages
companyx.com/sydney,companyx.com/melbourne, andcompanyx.com/brisbaneas the same account because they all roll up to the root domaincompanyx.com. Even if those are set up as separate accounts in Salesforce, they would still consolidate into a single account within 6sense.0
