Important update on July 6: Sales Intelligence license enforcement in CRM iframes

Starting July 6, 2026, users must have an assigned SI license to access Sales Intelligence through SFDC and Salesloft iframes. This is an enforcement of an existing license requirements, not a new policy.

This change will provide clearer alignment between licensed users and actual usage, and improve visibility into how SI is accessed across your organization.

What to expect starting July 6, 2026

  1. Users accessing Sales Intelligence via CRM iframes must have an active Sales Intelligence license.
  2. SI iframe access will be aligned with your current purchased license entitlement limits under your applicable Order Form(s).
  3. Users without an assigned SI license will lose access to Sales Intelligence through CRM iframes after July 6.

Recommended next steps

We've found that some organizations have more users accessing SI via CRM iframes in the last 90 days than their current license entitlement allows. For 6sense Administrator, here's what we recommend before the July 6 deadline:

  • Audit your existing 6sense users
  • Assign SI licenses to the appropriate users, up to your purchased entitlement limits

Step-by-step instructions are available in our Knowledge Base here

Need additional seats? If your team requires more licenses than your current entitlement, please contact your CSM to discuss options before July 6.

If all users accessing Sales Intelligence are properly licensed by July 6, no interruption in access will occur. Please comment below with any questions you might have.
