Hi all,

We're about to close the books on this year's BDR survey. We had over 700 BDRs participate🤩 Thanks to all those who contributed. We're looking forward to writing up the results - we're already picking up on so many interesting stories in the data. So many new questions added this year, and so many oldies we've been tracking since 2022!

One of my favorite findings continues to be the role that support plays in performance. For the 5th year in a row, how supported BDRs feel in their role (clear expectations, having the resources to do the job, leadership buy-in, and alignment with future career goals) remains the strongest driver of quota attainment in our data.

These figures may shift slightly as the final responses come in, but right now BDRs who at least agree or strongly agree that they feel supported report an average 99.8% quota attainment vs. 76% attainment among those who only somewhat agree or less.

When put into a linear regression alongside other best practices, support stands the tallest!
