Orchestrations Sunset: What’s Changing and How to Move to Intelligent Workflows

Orchestrations will officially be sunset in 2026. Starting this spring, we’ll begin asking customers to migrate all Orchestrations to Intelligent Workflows — the much more flexible, automated alternative you already have access to.  

Why are we making this change? 

Orchestrations handled basic automation, but customers consistently asked for more flexibility, visibility, and availability across data, channels, and schedules — especially around data enrichment and marketing activation.  

Intelligent Workflows (including Data Workflows and Audience Workflows) is the more powerful successor to Orchestrations, delivering greater control, richer data activation, and a unified canvas-based orchestration experience.  

Retiring Orchestrations means we can streamline our efforts and focus on improving Intelligent Workflows. 

When is it changing? 

Starting this spring, we’ll begin asking customers to migrate Orchestrations to Intelligent Workflows. You'll be notified by email when your 12-week migration window begins, and we’ve got plenty of guidance (keep on scrolling) to make the process smooth and simple. 

At the end of your migration window, you will no longer have access to the Orchestrations tool. Any existing orchestrations will be paused and set to inactive as part of the product sunset. You can rebuild these workflows in Intelligent Workflows at any time, and we recommend starting ASAP so you can start taking advantage of these benefits:
