As we reflect on 2025, we’re proud of the progress made in maintaining and advancing our security, privacy, and responsible AI programs. Below are the key certifications and validations achieved for 2025. (“New” indicates certifications added in 2025)

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Surveillance Audit: Successfully completed annual surveillance audit, maintaining certification and reinforcing our commitment to information security. 

NEW: ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Certification: Achieved certification for AI Management Systems governing AI features as part of the 6sense SaaS offering, demonstrating our dedication to responsible AI governance. For additional details, please refer to this previous RevCity post. 

SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 Audit Reports: 

  • 6sense SaaS Subscriptions – Annual examination covering all five Trust Services Criteria: Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy for global controls. 
  • 6sense AI Email – Annual examination covering Security criteria for controls specific to AI email. 

TRUSTe GDPR Validation: Third-party verified compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring we process personal data lawfully, transparently, and in compliance with GDPR requirements. 

NEW: TRUSTe CCPA Validation: Third-party verified compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), ensuring transparency and consumer rights protections under state privacy law.
