SI CSV Export Enhancement Notice

Hi all,

Inside Sales Intelligence we have an enhacement going live 12/17/26 – to increase the limit for CSV Bulk Exports from Sales Intelligence from >10,000 to 25,000.

The new state of SI CSV Exports:

  • Users can export CSVs with up to 25,000 records via SI without performance degradation.
  • Export time for 25K records should not exceed 5 minutes for a typical user.
  • We display clear notifications if a user attempts to export more than 25K rows.

If you have any questions please let us know below, thank you!

is any SI user with Credits allowed to get a CSV? Our company policies state that reps are not allowed contacts outside of SFDC. I'd prefer a way to turn the CSV access off for SI specifically. Is that possible?

  • Hi @Jana_Marketing_Maven ,

This release doesn't change any permissions or user management related to exporting as a CSV.

Currently in Sales Intelligence, all users permissions include the ability to export to a CSV. If a person has contact data in your integrated CRM or a user has acquired contact data with a credit then it can be included in the export.

@Ben Funkhouser Thanks for the response. I would humbly suggest that needs to be addressed in a future release/update as several companies don't allow user-level folk to export data from CRM or other contact-level tools like 6s. Being able to control who can see/has access to that specific capability would probably be beneficial.

  • Absolutely, we understand the need to limit users exporting specific controlled data. Thank you for your feedback!

  • Hey @Jana_Marketing_Maven There is a setting under Settings > Sales Intelligence > SI Actions Settings, however, it is set globally, not at the individual level. Just some more context for you!

@Ben Funkhouser You are a lifesaver! It's fine for me to set it globally there (though having individually settings that could potentially override this would be worthwhile as well). Huzzah!
